How does it work?

Depending on your creative needs and vision, you can choose between a fully custom website, designed specifically to showcase your unique artistry, or one of our curated templates, allowing for a faster and more cost-effective portfolio solution.

What’s the process?

Typically, we coordinate both via email and video calls. Once the project is defined, you will be kept updated step by step until the website is launched.

Only new websites? Do you only use Elementor?

No, we can also redesign an existing website. No, we can also work with Webflow, but it is more expensive and takes longer.

How long does it take to launch the website?

A fully custom portfolio, crafted with meticulous attention to your visual identity, takes about a month to deliver. Alternatively, choosing one of our high-end portfolio templates allows you to launch your digital gallery in just a few days.

Let’s talk about costs...

A custom website built with Elementor costs around $850 as a one-time fee, plus about $320 per year (starting from the second year) for maintenance. On the other hand, a website using one of our templates costs around $320 per year (starting immediately), which also covers maintenance. Over the years, the maintenance price may increase slightly to adjust for inflation.

What is meant by “Maintenance”?

“Maintenance” essentially refers to everything after the design and launch of the website. This includes hosting costs, GDPR compliance, necessary SEO work, as well as managing and resolving any issues caused by updates, server errors, or other technical problems.

Around $320 per year covers everything required… (It is also a lower cost than what you would typically spend on managing a fast and secure hosting service, regulatory compliance, and general technical maintenance on your own.)

And the website domain?

The domain cost is the only annual payment that, for legal reasons, cannot be covered by us and must be registered and paid directly by the business owner. It costs approximately $15 per year. In any case, you will be guided step by step throughout the entire process.

What if we want to change, update, or improve the website later?

There is a difference between making minor updates and completely redesigning a website. Your annual $320 fee fully covers regular content updates, such as adding new photos or updating your portfolio gallery. However, a complete redesign is not included in the standard maintenance package. Once the initial design is approved and launched, the overall layout and core structure of the website cannot be significantly altered for the following 12 months.
